Week 1, Thing 2: Pointers from lifelong learners

I want to be able to work with/assist the public - my sense of responsibility is a strength as is my curiousity about what the public and other staff members are talking about!

Hmm - I am so not a "natural" at this kind of task - turning problems into challenges and learning to use technology to my advantage will be areas I need to be mindful of.

Fortunately, I am not alone!
